About Seaboard Stays

Seaboard Stays grew from two complementary backgrounds and a shared belief that great hospitality should always feel personal.
Will Dutton has spent much of his career in hospitality and co-founded Vida e Caffè. That experience shaped his focus on service, operating standards and the small details that build trust and loyalty.
Tanya Dutton brings a marketing background together with years of hands-on hosting experience as an Airbnb Superhost. Her strength is in presentation, communication and making sure every guest feels genuinely looked after from the first message to check-out.
Together, we manage every home with one simple principle: we treat your home as our own. We keep the portfolio considered so we can stay close to each property, each owner and every guest.
